Amy's passion for helping people become highly productive without succumbing to burn-out brought her to the organizing profession. Before co-founding LivingOrder with Lorie Kling Marrero '90, Amy spent twelve years in high-tech companies including Dell Computer Corporation, NetSpeed, Cisco Systems and Netpliance where she experienced first-hand the challenges of achieving work-life balance. In addition to providing LivingOrder with business leadership, Amy brings insight into the world of busy professionals and effective ways to help them increase productivity.
Throughout her career, Amy has shown a pattern of innovation — from being a founding member of Dell's Online Group that launched Dell.com and Dell's first Intranet to working on two start-up ventures. Her breadth of experience includes traditional and Internet marketing, direct and indirect sales channels, web and database initiatives, operations and management. Amy has enjoyed speaking and training throughout her career as a sales trainer for Dell's distribution partners, a presenter to high-profile clients for Dell and Cisco, and as a workshop presenter at the 2003 NAPO National Conference.
