He has worked professionally in marketing and development at the Dallas Theater Center and served as assistant director of annual giving at Southwestern University. After attending the graduate program for Producing for Cinema and Television at UCLA, Leggett worked as Development Associate at Sony Pictures and Touchstone Television for Mojo Films (Runaway Jury, Don't Say a Word, Kiss the Girls). In late 2005, Leggett, a native Texan, returned to Dallas to work as an independent web designer and photographer.
